Another school year is over...

Yesterday was the last day of school for our students. They left campus on the buses waving goodbye. It was very touching especially because our rising sixth graders will be gone for good. Next year they will be in middle school and who knows when I will be able to see them again. Emotions took over me when kids said "goodbye" and "thanks". That meant a lot to me. I could not make it through the school year if it weren't for those little fellas who attentively attended to all my classes during the school year making this second year in the U.S. a meaningful one.
